USEFUL INFORMATION

Check in is 2pm and Check out is 11am Should you arrive late after 8pm at night please let us know in advance so we can arrange the key code where you will find your room key. A member of staff lives in the guesthouse but is off duty after 8pm their mobile is on the front door should you require help in an emergency. If you arrive early before 2pm check in you can drop you bags off and we will store them for you free of charge. Similarly when you are leaving we are happy to store your bags if you want to walk around the city without heavy bags again this is free of charge. Tourist maps and information – are located in our guest lounge. We have superfast broadband and the code is internet

RADIATORS IN YOUR ROOM

These are on a timer which we change depending on season and weather conditions. If you find it too hot you can turn your radiator off by turning the Thermostatic valve on the bottom right hand side of the radiator. The radiators will come in the morning and evenings and night during the winter. Should you require an extra duvet we are happy to supply these just ask at reception
